In the first article that I read on the day of October sixteenth was an article published October fourteenth titled handgun tracking law gets approved. The article was split in two about two gun issues both of which Governor Shwarzenegger voted in favor of restrictions and control. The first policy presented in the article was a micro stamping that is to be placed on the bullets so that they become easier to track. In the article it commented on the fact that the measure would take time to take effect because the micro stamping would only be for guns and ammo made after January, 2010. Some opposition are saying that the technology needed will bring the cost of fire arms by 200 dollars, and another person said that the cost would only equal 2 to 3 more dollars for the stamp. The second policy presented in the article was a ban on led bullets when in a certain range from the condor habitat. This ban was made to prevent animals from feasting on a corpse infected with lead saving some animal lives. The opposition says that there is no evidence that this measure will do anything, they also state that the price of ammunition is to high so lead bullets is a necessity. Both of these measures are a positive step and I am glad that we have a governor that can plan for the future.

The article I read today was about the Handguns tracking law being approved. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed legislation yesterday requiring that new models of semiautomatic handguns. Guns in California will now be sold with a stamp with a serial number on shell casings. He had also signed a bill banning lead ammunition in the sprawling range of the endangered California condor. The handgun id law will enable police to link spent shells to the gun that fired them. No other state uses this technology. Arnold says he had signed this bill for law enforcement.
Reflection: I think this is good idea that there are devices for guns now although people still have guns that are not tracked, and still able to use. I think that it might reduce shooting crimes for the future. I also think that people will stop buying weapons.
Interesting fact: An interesting fact is that shells can also be tracked now.

George Clooney is one of the best actor his latest film is showing him as a serious actor . He plays a lawyer that does some dirty jobs he calls himself the janitor. The movie was voted 3 stars and now it is now stated as the best movie of the winter it could be a good movie considering the fact I have not seen the movie. I feel that this movie will be good because George Clooney is a terrific actor t even if the dialogue is bad then George Clooney's acting will make the movie better. The other actors in this movie consists of Tom Wilkson and Sydney Pollack. These actors are the supporting actors of the movie both play as friends that are not sure of there friend Michael Clayton (George Clooney).

I was reading an interesting article on a new website created for sending e-cards. The article was interesting because it showed the demand the people have and the competition between companies that sell e-cards. As new companies come out new choices are presented to the consumers. Some of the more traditional companies have more family friendly cards with bright colors, animated music and lame messages. But now a new company has emerged the company is called Someecards. What is new about this company is its sarcastic and proudly vulgar sense of humor. The company is attracting a new kind of crowd. This is good news to the new company since its making more profits. Yet other companies are still in the lead of selling e-cards. What is good is the fact that these new e-cards are an alternative to the more traditional ones and that they are available for a more mature audience because of their dark humor.
