San Diego woman was part of new surgical procedure that is proven to be very effective in the removal of the gallbladder. The gall bladder is removed through an incision made in the vagina and is very quick to heal and virtually painless. The quick recovery is very helpful and leaves no scar. Doctors estimate that the operation takes about 90 minutes to finish and is not risky. The operation uses natural orifices in the patients body instead of making severe cuts that take longer to heal. Many thought that the operation would affect childbirth but it does not, doctors guarantee. This is not the only orifice that doctors have discovered to take damaged organs through. A group of Japanese doctors have already performed operations in were the appendix is removed through the patients throat or rectum.
Man accused of being serial rapist pleads not guilty. This Oceanside man was said to be a very dangerous serial rapist, by his prosecutors. They believe he has done it before, and was possibly very likely to do it again, soon. He allegedly assaulted a 54-year-old woman and a 69-year-old woman. He was accused of raping them twice and he is suspect for two other assault incidents. He is being charged with four counts of rape, two counts of assault with intent to rape, elder abuse, petty theft and failure to register as a sex offender. If convicted of all charges he could face up to an estimated 450 years in prison, the prosecutor illustrates. The judge put him in jail without bail until October 3rd . He has to determine if there is an enough evidence to take this to a trial.
I think he is guilty. Why would little old ladies lie for and he is suspect for two other incidents. He is very suspicious, and to much evidence points towards him.
Interesting: I think its interesting that he pleads guilty to raping these women in there homes but he was arrested in one of their cars which was stolen.

♥ The epidemic of childhood obesity is fast creating a national health crisis. There are tons of useful things people could do to lose weight: fasting, high-quality aerobic activities, and the ultimate low-fat snack. Another tip is for parents, when parents don't think their children are watching them, they are, and they will do the same thinking it's okay to eat all that fat. The American Dietic Association illustrate that parents are kids' number one role models. So if parents can set a good example, they can have a fighting chance at countering the 30 billion dollars a year the food industry is spending to sell a chubby lifestyle to you and your kids. One is seven American kids are overweight or obese, a jump of 50% in the past 20 years. Tha's also nine million Whopper Jr.'s spilling out of their buns. At the rate we're going, by estimate at 2011, the fat kids on the playground will be banding together and making fun of the few remaining skinny ones. Even slim kids are at risk of heart disease and cancer. Exercise habits and dietary smarts are the way to avoid these problems.

It couldn’t Hurt
What I read today stated random acts of kindness that only some actually really take time to do. A mother who does random acts of kindness, to feel better about life. She shows her family that she cares and decides that by saying that it couldn't hurt. She invited a lady who had no car to eat, and she enjoyed her time. When her friend was sick at home, and made her a chicken soup. So hopefully she would feel a little better. She was a good person and thought about those other than her family. This women sets a good role model because she treats others as she would like to be treated and gives the respect and considerations who should all give to one another. I believe that this women is a very positive women. And in order to be happy and successful in life, it’s always good to do random acts of kindness to others. For those of you who wish to have a better life style and a change the world around you, you can start out by respecting and acting in a kind manner to others.

-An alternative health clinic that was shut down last year by Baja state health officials after it was linked to the death of coreta Scott king has quietly reopened and may be operating illegally. The clinic, hospital Santa Monica in Rosarito beach appears to be offering the kind of unorthodox care treating cancer with insulin or using unproven experimental vaccines. That landed it in trouble after the 78 year old widow of the Rev. martin Luther king jr. died there in January 2006. the Mexican hospital whose marketing is conducted by an affiliated Chula vista firm, is in the same building where hospital Santa Monica operated before the shutdown.
-I think that this article is pretty boring. I don’t really see any point in this but i have to read it.

Union Tribune: Al-Maliki: Shootings cannot be accepted.
Today in New York the Iraqi Prime minister al-Maliki said the shooting deaths of civilians and other violence involving the security company pose serious challenges to the sovereignty of Iraq. Al-Maliki was talking about a Sep. 16 shooting incident involving Blackwater that left al least 11 Iraqis dead. He said that Iraq is making progress. He also said that next year will bring still more improvement to ordinary Iraqis’ lives after four years at war. They are trying to illustrate something that has not happened, some people say. U.S forces estimate that things will get better in Iraq. I think that the U.S troops should come home and let them deal with each other.
