"Rivers play driving Chargers fans to boo's."
When Phillip Rivers took place last year as the Chargeres quarter back, he came in very preached and patient. It is said that Dan Fouts bust now in the hall of fame, and took him 6 years to get comfortable in the NFL. For more than a year it, seemed Rivers was going without any such rude indocrtination. With Rivers the Chargers had went 14-2 last year. Some people say "Rivers is a young kid, and it will just have to take some time to get used in playing in the NFL. Last year Phillip Rivers came 8 in the NFL with a 92.0 passer rate.
I think that Phillip Rivers is doing pretty good for his second year. I think that he is just being stressed out and alot of pressure is being put on him. If he would just take a deep breathe and thinks about how he can get better then he i think he will start to do better again.
I think it is interesting that Rivers is getting booed and he came into the NFL with an ending of 92.0 passing rate.
union tribune ♥.
oceanside ends it bid for deal with chargers ♥.
This morning I read an article on the decision the Oceanside City Coucil had on saying NO to a Chargers stadium. The memebers of the council met in closed session to discusss a marketing study the Chargers released yesterday that showed an office complex built next to a stadium would not generate sufficient revenue to help pay for the $1 billion facility. So for now, the proposed golf course will remain a golf course.
personal reflection ♥.
I did not think that Oceanside was going to say yes, so to me, this was no surprise.
interesting fact ♥.
The Chargers are nothing without Marty. =[

I think that Phillip Rivers is doing pretty good for his second year, but the major FACTOR is that he is probally going through alot. I think that he is just being stressed out and alot of pressure is being put on him. If he would just take a deep breathe and thinks about how he can get better then he i think he will start to do better again.
I think it is interesting that Rivers is getting booed and he came into the NFL with an ending of 92.0 passing rate. And i think if Rivers PLOT out a plan for the rest of his games he would do much better.
I think that Rivers should let his team hear his VOICE to see what he is going through.
America loses in the space race on Oct 4, 1957
A small group of soviet scientist Oct 4, 1957 nearly 50 years ago launched sputnik. These started the space race which was the Soviet Union competing against the U.S. to see who can develop the most technology first. As it turns out America was not the greatest and smartest to figuring out math and science so the Soviet thrived on these. Although shortly after America launched Apollo 13. I think that considering this day will probably overlooked in history because this is the one time that America did not win. Now the soviet union known as (Russia) know. Is not thriving on technology as they were when it was 1957. Sputnik opened the way for other technology like satellite, internet, and satellite cable. The voice of Russia will not been mentioned as much but probably Apollo 13 will. There plot to show that America could be beaten worked. Although some factors did help the Soviet Union like the great scientist they had.
Chance of possible light rain. A factor is that a storm drifting from the Pacific Northwest is going to come in close. It could come close enough to make roads slick and windshields wet late tonight. Wasowski said low clouds should thicken enough to bring heavy drizzle. Even possible light rain. Most areas should see a few hundredths of an inch. Temperatures are expected to drop a couple of degrees today and a few more tomorrow. Coastal and inland highs should be in the 70’s today and in the high 60’s tomorrow. A brief warming trend is expected over the weekend, which should be clear.
I think its funny how they voiced to us it will be rainy; they even said a storm was coming, and yet, it has only been hot. I think they need to know what they're talking about before they air it on TV. Or before they publish or plot it in an article.
I find it interesting how a group of electuary kids are closer to the weather predictions then the actual people who do it for a living.
Man admits making calls threatening city officials.
A former Imperial Beach fire inspector voiced out that he had made threatening calls to the mayor, city manager and two of their aids in May. He admitted to one count of threatening the life of a public official and two counts of drunken driving. He will be joining a substance abuse program and will be drinking nothing but legal substances for a minor.
I feel that this man is getting off easily. I've met a girl who was locked up at the same time as me with terrorism charges just for saying things people say in fights. This man should atleast serve some type of time because he could still be a threat even if he isn't drunk. How could the judge drop the threatening calls and pay attention to his drunk driving just because he pleaded guilty? Its stupid.
Oceanside ends its bid for deal with Chargers
A meeting was recently held where Oceanside decided to close off the plot with building a new Chargers stadium in their city. The reason is because the $1 billion spent on the stadium building, wont benefit them at all. Oceanside believes that instead of building the stadium in their 72-acre Center City Golf Course, building 2.5 million square feet high offices would benefit their community. The Mayor of Oceanside Rocky Chavez voices that if the building offices are built it will help residential areas with great new jobs. The city council has made a debate over the project of the new offices and says that the manufacturing will not work either. The requirements for the offices would include an extra 39 city-owned acres. So since now Oceanside won’t be one of the sites they’ll be using Chargers are left scheduling town hall meeting with Chula Vista’s Mayor. They are planning to build the stadium on the South Bay city’s bayfront area or more east. The chargers team’s goal is to have a new stadium for their use before the November 2008 election. Really what I think it that Oceanside saw the factor of how the Chargers play, so they believe it wouldn’t be worth so much money they would be spending for. I also agree with that because how can they want a new stadium when they’re not good at football? Kinda dumb, I think they should focus on their stragdeys and abilities to play, so then they could win the championship then they could think about building a new stadium. I also believe that building a stadium In Chula Vista will not be a good idea. I believe it will cause too much traffic and instead they should build more jobs for older people who work at fast food restaurants.

Son of a Man fatally shot by police files legal claim.
The article that I read was fascinating. A twelve year old boy was shot and killed by Chula Vista police about 2 years ago for laying in front of a court house and refusing to get up He was tasered a couple times but still refuse to get up. So he was shot and killed. So now to this day the father of his12 year old son who was shot and killed for VERY STUPID reasons and now he is looking to sue. He filed a legal claim against the city.
REFLECTiONS[:
I liked reading this article. I like to know what happens around here.
Buh i still think its sad ]]];
I was reading this article for the San Diego Union Tribune that was very interesting. Today is World Animal Day, a celebration invented by Italian ecologists in 1931. Because the celebration has been a factor in animal rights awareness, activists have been successful in having their efforts pay off. Just here in San Diego County, the animal shelters are working together to find homes for stray animals instead of taking the traditional route that lead to euthanasia. In the US alone 63% of pets that are taken in by shelters are put to death. The San Diego County has found a way to contribute to the progress and have just formed the San Diego Welfare Coalition. The coalition voices their concerns, and calls to action various animal shelters around the San Diego County to share resources that way they make sure the animals are receiving the right medical treatment that will leave them ready for adoption. The coalition plots to make this a habit of helping animals and raising awareness towards animals rights.
Today I have read a short article form the San Diego Union Tribune. This short article is about Justices refuse to hear claims by German man of torture by CIA. In Washington the Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal filed on behalf of German citizen who said he was abducted by U.S agents and then tortured by them while imprisoned in Afghanistan. Khaled El-Masri said he was detained while on vacation in Macedonia in late 2003. He was then transported by the United States to Afghanistan and held there for five months in a secret prison before being taken to Albania and set free. He was evidently mistaken for a terrorism suspect with a similar name. He said he was tortured while in the prison. After prosecutors investigated the case, a court there issued arrest warrants in January for 13 agents of the CIA. Shortly after this lawsuit in December of 2005, the government intervened to seek its dismissal under the states secrets privilege. They said they could compromise national security. I believe that if this really happened couldn’t they have apologized and given him something for being wrong. I mean that wouldn’t take out the fact that they did not look into carefully who they were trying to get. They did not have to leave the man stranded somewhere they are CIA they are supposed to protect.
